Five-tonne class, diesel-electric drive
The RX 70-50 is rated for 4,999 kg at a 500 mm load centre, and a /600 variant is listed for 5,000 kg at 600 mm. It shares the 54 kW Deutz TCD 2.9 L4 engine and diesel-electric transmission of the RX 70-40, with 50 × 120 × 1,000 mm forks on a class III carriage. The standard telescopic mast lifts 3,180 mm from 2,400 mm lowered, and triplex masts are listed up to 7,180 mm.
Overall length is 4,098 mm, width 1,506 mm with the standard 28 × 12.5-15 front tyres, and height to the overhead guard 2,300 mm. The turning radius is 2,730 mm and the service weight 6,590 kg. It is a good fit for heavy production, building materials and outdoor storage. An LPG model, the RX 70-50 T, is also available. We can check load centres and mast heights against your real loads.
