Operator identification and authorisation control by RFID card. Without a card the ignition stays off, so only an authorised, trained operator drives the truck.

A compact reader and a card that is hard to clone
The system consists of a card reader, a proximity card assigned to the individual operator and a truck control unit. It is wired in parallel, without any change to the truck’s original ignition circuit.
It runs off the truck’s own power supply and needs no additional infrastructure. Usage records are collected in central software.
- Card reader: Mounted on the instrument panel, with an LED status indicator.
- Proximity card: Assigned to a single operator and hard to clone.
- Control unit: Opens or closes the ignition circuit according to the operator’s authorisation.
The ignition key is open to anyone
In warehouses the key gets left in the ignition or passed between trucks, and authorisation checks mostly stay on paper.

From card to ignition in three steps
The operator presents their card, the system verifies the authorisation instantly and enables the ignition.

The operator holds their personal card up to the reader.

The card number is checked against the list and its validity period is confirmed.
The truck starts
The green LED comes on and the ignition is enabled.
