Small team, broad responsibility
We were founded in 2021 and we are still small enough that everyone knows everyone. In practice that means your job is not confined to a narrow description. A service technician talks to the customer directly, a sales representative knows the technical limits of the truck, and someone on the engineering side sees with their own eyes how the solution they designed behaves on site.
Being an authorised STILL Arser dealer and service partner means our technical staff have access to manufacturer training and to technical documentation. On the safety and productivity side we have systems we design and build ourselves; the work here is not simply selling finished products.
- Head office: Pendik (Istanbul); workshop: Kartepe (Kocaeli), an industrial region about an hour east of Istanbul.
- How we work: Site visits, workshop work and office work side by side.
- Development: Manufacturer training for technical staff, and knowledge passed on in the field.

Your application is reviewed by the manager of the relevant department.
Interview
For technical roles part of the interview takes place in the workshop; you see the work first-hand.
Offer
If both sides agree, the role and the terms are set out in writing.
Induction
The first period is spent on site and in the workshop alongside an experienced colleague.

Whether or not we have an opening, we review the applications that come in for these areas.
Service technician
Maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair on forklift trucks and warehouse equipment. Site work and workshop work together.
Technical support and engineering
Truck selection, site analysis, and the design and commissioning of safety solutions.
Field sales
Identifying requirements at customer sites, putting the solution together and running the quotation.
Spare parts and logistics
Parts supply, stock planning and shipment tracking.
Administration and accounting
Contracts, invoicing, reporting and office operations.
Interns and graduates
Fixed-term programmes in technical and administrative departments, learning on the job.

Frequently asked questions about careers
Where do you publish your openings?
We announce openings on our LinkedIn page. We also accept open applications; in periods without an advertisement we keep the applications that come in and review them when a suitable requirement arises.
How do I apply?
Send your CV to info@expartisemakine.com, stating in the subject line the area you are interested in. For technical roles, adding the truck types and makes you have worked on speeds up the review.
I have no experience — can I still apply?
Yes. Experience counts in technical roles, but we also work with candidates who have a grounding in electrics, mechanics or hydraulics and are open to learning. Intern and graduate applications are reviewed separately.
Where is the workplace?
Our head office is in Pendik (Istanbul) and our service workshop is in Kartepe (Kocaeli). In technical roles part of the work takes place at customer sites, on site visits.
Do you reply to applications?
We aim to reply to everyone. We also notify applicants we cannot take forward; because we are a small team, that reply sometimes takes a few weeks.
