2. What data we collect

On our site we process only the data you send us and the data that is technically necessary.

• Contact form data: name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, the type of service you are interested in and the information you write in your message.
• Technical records: IP address, browser and device information, the pages visited and the time of the visit. These records are held in the server logs of our hosting provider.
• Cookie data: the details are on our Cookie Policy page.
• Job applications: the information contained in the CV you send us by e-mail.

3. For what purpose we process it

The legal grounds for this processing are the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with our legal obligations, our legitimate interests and, where required, your explicit consent.

• To respond to your requests and questions, prepare quotations and carry out contract processes.
• To provide and follow up sales, rental, service and spare parts services.
• To assess job applications.
• To keep the site secure, detect faults and improve its performance.
• To fulfil our retention and disclosure obligations arising from legislation.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data and we do not transfer it to third parties for marketing purposes. Sharing takes place only to the extent the service requires:

• Our hosting and e-mail provider: so that the site and the e-mail infrastructure work.
• STILL Arser: for transactions that require warranty, service registration or truck supply, and only within the scope of the transaction concerned.
• Our accountant and legal advisers: within the scope of invoicing and legal obligations.
• Competent public authorities: in the cases where legislation makes this mandatory.

5. How long we keep it

• Contact form records: 2 years from the conclusion of the request.
• Contract and invoice records: for the period prescribed by legislation (generally 10 years).
• Server logs: in line with our hosting provider’s policy, generally up to 12 months.
• Job applications: 1 year from the date of application; deleted earlier at your request.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the following rights, which you may exercise by applying to the data controller:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if it is, to request information about it.
• To learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose.
• To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Turkey or abroad.
• To request the correction of data that has been processed incompletely or incorrectly.
• To request the erasure or destruction of the data where the conditions for this are met.
• To claim compensation for the loss you suffer where the processing was unlawful.

7. Applications

You can send requests concerning your rights to info@expartisemakine.com. Depending on the nature of the request, your application is concluded within thirty days at the latest.

8. Data security

Our site is served over an encrypted connection with an SSL certificate. Access to the administration panel is restricted by authorisation and is monitored with a security plugin. Even so, we remind you that no transmission over the internet is absolutely secure.

9. Changes

We may revise this policy in line with changes in legislation or updates to our services. The current version is always published on this page and the date at the top of the page is updated.
