Fork Camera and Laser Pointer
Fork Camera and Laser Pointer
See the fork tips from the cab. A 1080p HD camera and a laser alignment line let the operator pick up the pallet first time, without damage.
- 1080p HD image
- Green laser alignment
- Wireless transmission
- IP69K durability
See from where the load is
A compact HD camera mounted on the forks sends a real-time view from the fork tips to the screen in the cab. The built-in laser line guides the fork into the pallet pocket dead centre.
High up in the racking, or when the load blocks the view, the operator works from a clear picture rather than from guesswork.
- Easy to fit: Clamps quickly onto the fork, with no permanent modification to the truck.
- Compact housing: Fits comfortably even on slim fork arms.
- Rugged build: IP69K protection and ISO 16750-3 vibration certification.

An entry you cannot see, damage you could have avoided
At high stacking levels the fork tips disappear from the operator’s field of view. One misaligned entry can turn into minutes of clearing up and a damage report.
- The operator cannot see the fork tips or the pallet entry.
- Misalignment damages pallets, goods and racking.
- Narrow aisles call for slow, repeated manoeuvring.
- The camera on the fork shows the entry pocket live.
- The laser line guides the fork to the exact centre of the entry.
- The operator looks from the cab and goes in first time.
From a clear view to precise placement
The system works in four steps, making the job easier without asking the operator to change how they work.
Live view
The camera at the fork tip shows the pallet and the load area live.
Laser trace
The built-in laser projects the fork’s alignment onto the pallet and the floor.
Precise entry
Watching the screen, the operator guides the fork into the pallet pocket.
Safe handling
Correct alignment prevents load damage, dropped loads and lost time.
Durability proven in the field
Hardware designed for warehouse conditions, with a clear image even in low light.
HD camera
A wide-angle lens keeps the image clear in poorly lit warehouses.
Wireless transmission
The image is transmitted to the cab wirelessly, with power taken from the fork.
Laser alignment
A green laser line marks the exact centre of the pallet entry.
Integrated LED
Lights up dark spaces under the racking to sharpen the image.
Built for tough conditions
An IP69K-rated housing against water, dust and vibration.
Monitor options
Single-channel full-screen view, with a 7″ or 10.1″ mast-mounted monitor.
The fork camera in use
From a real Expartise Makine installation: the laser line visually confirms alignment with the pallet pocket.
