Long-Term Rental

A way to build a fleet without buying trucks, on contracts running longer than 12 months. Maintenance, repair and periodic inspection are included in the rental rate; the availability of the truck is our responsibility.

  • 12 months and above
  • Fixed monthly rate
  • Maintenance and repair included
  • No upfront investment
  • Truck configured for you
What it gives you

Having a fleet without owning the trucks

Long-term rental is set up on contracts running longer than 12 months. You do not buy the truck; you use it for the agreed term and pay a fixed monthly rate. Maintenance, repair and the statutory periodic inspection are included in that rate.

Because the term is long, the truck is not taken from stock but configured for your operation: capacity, lift height, attachment, energy system and, where needed, safety equipment are agreed together before the contract.

  • No capital tied up: The truck stops being a capital item and becomes an operating cost.
  • Predictable cost: The monthly rate is known for the whole term.
  • Responsibility on us: Keeping the truck in working order is what the contract is about.

Why rent

The hidden side of buying

The price tag on a truck does not show what owning that truck costs.

When you buy
  • The purchase price leaves your capital in one go and is no longer available for other investments.
  • Maintenance and repair costs move up and down through the year and the budget does not hold.
  • As the truck ages, breakdowns become more frequent and downtime grows.
  • Keeping track of the statutory periodic inspection stays with your operation.
  • When the work changes, you are left with a truck that no longer fits the requirement.
With long-term rental
  • There is no upfront investment; payment is monthly and predictable.
  • Maintenance, repair and parts are included in the rental rate.
  • The fleet is renewed at the end of the contract; you do not work with ageing trucks.
  • Tracking the periodic inspection is our responsibility.
  • If the requirement changes, the scope of the contract can be reviewed.
How it works

From site analysis to handover

Long-term rental is not a catalogue choice; it is a configuration job.

Site analysis

Aisle width, rack height, load type, shift pattern and workload are recorded on site.

Truck and equipment selection

Capacity, lift height, attachment and energy system are set to the requirement.

Term and rate

The monthly rate is worked out from the contract term and the committed annual operating hours.

Handover and training

The truck is commissioned and operators are trained in its use and in safety.

Maintenance schedule

Scheduled maintenance and periodic inspection are put on a calendar; we do the tracking.

Trucks can be added to the fleet or exchanged during the term; the scope can be updated within the year.
Comparison

Short term or long term

The question that decides it: will this requirement run past 12 months?

Included in the rental rate

What the monthly rate covers

In rental the real difference comes less from the truck itself than from the service around it.

01

Scheduled maintenance

Planned at the manufacturer’s intervals, based on operating hours, and reminded in good time.

02

Repair and parts

Repair of faults arising from normal use, and the spare parts for them, are included.

03

Periodic inspection

Tracking and certification of the statutory inspection are our responsibility.

04

Priority response

Service calls on rented trucks are put at the front of the queue.

Why Expartise

The company that owns the rented truck also services it

A company that does not do its own service cannot make a rental commitment.

01

Our own service

The rental fleet is maintained in our own workshop in Kartepe, by our own team.

02

Authorised dealer

As an authorised STILL Arser dealer we source trucks and genuine parts directly.

03

Energy included

Battery and charging infrastructure are planned within the rental as well; they are not left as a separate job.

04

One point of contact

Truck, service, parts and inspection run through one contract and one contact.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about long-term rental

How long is the contract?

Long-term rental is set up on contracts running longer than 12 months. We set the upper limit together, based on how hard the fleet is used and on the truck type; depreciation and maintenance cost both bear directly on the term.

What determines the monthly rate?

Truck type and specification, contract term and the committed annual operating hours. A truck running three shifts and the same truck running one shift do not cost the same. That is why we prefer to see the site before we quote.

Are maintenance and repair really included?

Yes. Scheduled maintenance, repairs arising from normal use, spare parts and the statutory periodic inspection are included in the rental rate. Damage from operator error or accidents is outside the scope; those cases are defined separately in the contract.

Do we own the truck at the end of the contract?

Not in standard long-term rental; the truck is returned at the end of the term or renewed under a new contract. If you want a structure with a purchase option, we discuss that before the contract.

Can we add trucks to the fleet later?

Yes. Trucks can be added during the term, and an existing truck can be exchanged for a different model if the requirement changes. A change of scope is reflected in the monthly rate.
