The hardest-working truck in the warehouse
Powered pallet trucks lift a pallet a few centimetres off the floor and move it horizontally. They do not stack; their job is to take goods from one point to another. That is why they are the class with the highest number of movements in the warehouse.
Between the loading bay and the buffer store, on picking runs, between the packing station and the dispatch area — most of the distance covered in a warehouse is covered by these trucks. They take up little room, manoeuvre quickly and need only short operator training.

Which steps of the chain it covers

What decides the choice
In this class the right choice follows from the transport distance and the daily number of movements.
Pedestrian and Stand-On
Over short distances a pedestrian model is enough. As the distance and the number of movements grow, a stand-on model both shortens the run and reduces fatigue.
High Capacity
The EXH 25 and EXH 30 move 2.5- and 3-tonne pallets and are built for heavy loads on long shuttle runs.
Compact Models
Very small bodies such as the CiTi ONE are designed for retail and confined-space applications.
Battery Capacity
Options from 20 Ah to 375 Ah, chosen to match the daily running time; a battery larger than needed is money spent for nothing.

Frequently asked questions about powered pallet trucks
Pedestrian or stand-on?
Distance decides. If the transport distance is short and the number of movements limited, a pedestrian model is enough. If the operator is walking all day, a stand-on model both shortens the run time and reduces end-of-shift fatigue markedly.
Would two-pallet models be useful to us?
They are useful if you have fixed, long shuttle runs such as between a station and the loading bay; they halve the number of runs. On short and variable routes the advantage disappears.
What battery capacity should we buy?
The daily running time decides. A battery larger than needed raises both the purchase price and the weight of the truck for nothing. We measure the actual operating hours of your current trucks and make the recommendation from that.
Can it go inside a truck trailer?
Compact models can. For unloading inside a trailer, the height of the truck and the clearance at the bay are the deciding factors; we take those dimensions during the site analysis.
We have a problem with foot injuries; do you have a solution?
We do. On pedestrian pallet trucks, the operator’s foot being trapped between the truck and the pallet is a common accident. Our pallet truck foot protection systems target exactly that risk.
