The EXH 25 is a pedestrian powered pallet truck for operations where pallets regularly exceed the 2-tonne mark. With a load capacity of 2,500 kg, it suits beverage, food and industrial goods handling, where loads are dense and a lower-rated truck would be working at its limit. Electric travel at 6 km/h, laden or unladen, means operators can move these weights without the strain of manual handling, and the truck climbs gradients of up to 12% with a full load.
Energy comes from a 24 V / 250 Ah lead-acid battery, or alternatively from a 24 V / 205 Ah lithium-ion battery. The 1.5 kW AC drive motor, polyurethane tyres and a noise level of 60 dB(A) at the operator’s ear keep operation smooth and quiet on indoor floors. The truck is 1,855 mm long and 720 mm wide, with 55 × 165 × 1,150 mm forks and a turning radius of 1,765 mm.
