The hazard is overhead, so the warning belongs on the floor
Crane loads often go unnoticed because of noise and blocked sightlines, and at blind junctions pedestrians and trucks meet at the last moment.
A light curtain puts the warning where people are already looking: on the floor. Unlike painted lines it does not get dirty or wear away, and it moves when it needs to.
- Crane: the light boundary travels with the crane.
- Truck: a red line falls 3–5 m ahead in the direction of travel.
- Fixed point: large warning symbols are projected at doorways and junctions.
The warning has to arrive before the person enters the area
Fixed signs have little effect in tight spaces, and painted lines get dirty and lose their visibility.
- A crane load cannot be heard from behind.
- The load disappears behind racking and blocks of machinery.
- Pedestrians and trucks come into conflict at blind junctions.
- Painted lines get dirty and signs stop catching the eye.
- The area beneath the load is marked out in light, warning pedestrians before they step into it.
- A line projected ahead of the truck announces its approach in advance.

Three scenarios, one safety language
Every scenario is built on the same compact projection unit, with different optics and mounting options.
Crane light curtain
Projectors mounted on the crane bridge draw a light boundary on the floor that travels with the crane and is triggered automatically by crane movement.
Line curtain
A projector fitted to a forklift truck, pallet truck or stacker casts a clear red line onto the floor in the direction of travel.
Symbol and text projection
Projectors with gobo optics cast a warning triangle, pictogram, logo or short text at doorways, junctions and around machinery.
A compact industrial projection unit
It mounts on the crane bridge, the ceiling or the body of a truck, and the bracket makes direction and coverage easy to adjust.
Flexible mounting
