E-Part is STILL’s online spare parts catalogue. You enter the truck’s serial number, locate the part you need on an exploded diagram and confirm the part number. Catalogue access and the ordering process run through us; all you have to do is give us the truck number.
That said, not every item has to be a genuine part. For product groups such as batteries, chargers, hand pallet trucks, tyres, wheels and forklift forks we also offer alternative parts that meet the manufacturer’s standards. We tell you plainly where we recommend a genuine part and where an alternative one will do.

Can I access E-Part myself?
Catalogue access runs through the dealer. You send us the serial number, we find the part in the catalogue and come back to you with its part number.
Do alternative parts come with a warranty?
Yes, the alternative parts we supply are sold with their own warranty. The warranty period varies by item and is stated in the quotation.
Do alternative parts affect the truck’s warranty?
On trucks still under warranty we recommend genuine parts for safety and drivetrain components. Using an alternative part on these items can make warranty cover a matter of dispute, and we tell you so up front.
Where do you not recommend alternative parts?
For items in the safety chain such as the brake system, mast, chain, hydraulics and electronic controls we recommend genuine parts.
