Overview

The step up from a hand pallet truck

The ECH 12 is aimed at businesses that still move pallets by hand and want to take the physical strain out of the job. Electric travel and electric lifting do the work the operator would otherwise do with arms and legs, while the ergonomically shaped tiller keeps the hand in a natural position throughout the shift. With a capacity of up to 1,200 kg, it handles the majority of everyday pallet loads in retail, wholesale and light distribution without the fatigue that comes with manual handling.

Its main strength is size. A turning radius of 1,390 mm and an overall length of 1,540 mm let it work comfortably in narrow aisles and small storage rooms, and the truck weighs only 130 kg including the battery, a real advantage when it travels on a lorry to be used at the delivery point. The 24 V / 20 Ah lithium-ion battery is easy to remove and recharges in about two hours. Travel speed is 4 km/h laden and 4.5 km/h unladen, a sensible pace for confined spaces.
