Two tonnes in a compact diesel truck
The RX 70-20 shares its 28 kW VW BXT engine, diesel-electric transmission and 40 × 80 × 800 mm forks with the RX 70-16, but is rated for 2,000 kg at a 500 mm load centre. It turns within 1,998 mm and weighs 3,059 kg. The standard telescopic mast gives 3,150 mm of lift from a lowered height of 2,160 mm; HiLo and triplex masts are listed too, with the tallest triplex reaching 7,915 mm.
At 3,061 mm long, 1,138 mm wide and 2,117 mm to the overhead guard, it stays easy to handle on loading ramps and in yards, while the 200/50-10 superelastic front tyres give a wider track than the smaller models.
