Overview

One truck, several jobs

The SXD 20 is built for double-deck handling, loading and unloading vehicles, and horizontal transport. As a double stacker it carries 1,000 kg on the initial lift and 800 kg on the mast at the same time; as a high-lift pallet truck it moves up to 2,000 kg on a single pallet. It also serves as a lifting table for order picking and shelf replenishment, and the STILL datasheet puts its handling rate at 136 t/h in the VDI cycle.

Despite travelling at 10 km/h, the chassis is just 770 mm wide with a 1,950 mm turning radius, so the truck fits narrow aisles and lorry beds. Telescopic and HiLo masts give lift heights from 1,574 to 2,124 mm, with up to 995 mm of free lift on the HiLo versions. The steering unit can be mounted on the left or right, a cushioned platform adds comfort, and power comes from a 24 V / 300 Ah battery or a Li-Ion option.
