Overview

Two pallets per trip in a compact truck

The EXD 18 is a pedestrian double stacker for sites that move pallets along regular routes. As a pallet truck it handles up to 1,800 kg; in double-deck mode it carries 1,000 kg on the wheel arms and 800 kg on the forks at the same time. That halves the number of trips during lorry loading and on fixed shuttle runs between dock, buffer stock and dispatch, while rounded fork tips make pallet entry quick and clean.

Two chassis are available. The EXD 18 K has the shorter body, 1,899 mm long with a 1,641 mm turning radius, for tight loading areas; the EXD 18 L is 1,954 mm long and takes a 250 Ah battery instead of 150 Ah, or a Li-Ion pack. Both are 720 mm wide, travel at 6 km/h and use telescopic masts with lift heights of 1,574, 1,724 or 2,024 mm. A pallet positioning aid supports accurate placement on both levels.
