Double-deck handling from a fixed platform

The EXD-S 20 is the stand-on member of the EXD family, built for sites where the operator covers longer distances between loading points. It carries a single load of up to 2,000 kg, up to 1,200 kg on the mast, or two pallets of 1,000 kg each in double-deck mode. Travelling at 10 km/h laden or unladen, it moves pallet pairs between dock, buffer stock and dispatch noticeably faster than a pedestrian truck.

The fixed platform can be specified with rear access, side access or a backrest, depending on whether the work involves frequent ramp runs or long straight transfers. A 2.3 kW drive motor and a 24 V / 375 Ah 3PzS battery provide the reserves for frequent handling cycles, and twin support rollers keep the truck steady on ramps. Telescopic masts reach up to 2,024 mm, a HiLo mast 2,424 mm and a triplex option 2,136 mm.
