Overview

A fast, versatile horizontal order picker

The OPX 20 is a horizontal order picker built for high-volume picking in sectors such as retail, automotive and food. It carries up to 2 tonnes (the OPX 25 version up to 2.5 tonnes) and reaches 12 km/h, so long runs between picking locations are covered quickly. Its STILL Easy Drive steering wheel is height-adjustable and has an integrated display, allowing the operator to steer, lift and drive at the same time without changing grip.

For picking from the second rack level, an optional elevating driver’s platform raises the operator to a picking height of 2.80 m, and the Easy Drive wheel rises with it so the truck can be driven to the next location from that level. Battery capacities of up to 620 Ah give a wide operating range, lateral battery change is available as an option, and a Li-Ion drive can be specified for all models, allowing short opportunity charges to support round-the-clock operation.
