A configurable order picker for narrow aisles
The EK-X is a vertical order picker that lifts the operator and the load together to the required working height. It is available in a wide range of variants: with or without auxiliary lift, and with mechanical guidance, inductive guidance or no guidance system at all. In very narrow aisles the truck is guided mechanically or inductively, while in wider aisles it can be driven freely with the load lowered. Capacity is up to 1.2 tonnes with a reach height of 6,350 mm.
The optional auxiliary lift can be set to a height that suits the rack level being picked, and must be lowered to a safe transport height when the truck travels. All movements, including driving and cab and auxiliary lift, are steplessly adjustable, and safety circuits help prevent operating errors. The cab barriers may stay open up to a floor height of 1.2 m; above that they must be closed, and a symbol on the display reminds the operator.

Guidance systems
