Heavy pallets over longer distances
The EXV SF 20 brings together a 2,000 kg capacity at a 600 mm load centre and the stand-on platform of the SF version. It is intended for sites where heavy pallets travel along longer internal routes and are then stacked, using a telescopic mast at 2,684, 3,084 or 3,584 mm or a triplex mast up to 4,476 mm. With the platform lowered it travels at 8 km/h laden and 10 km/h unladen, and the air-suspended platform adjusts to the operator’s weight, helping keep a steady pace across a shift.
The SF 20 is larger than the SF 16: 2,108 mm long with the platform folded, 2,516 mm lowered, and 810 mm wide, with a turning radius of 1,697 mm, or 2,087 mm when riding. Allow a 2,909 mm aisle for a lengthwise 800 × 1,200 pallet with the platform lowered. A 24 V / 345 Ah 3PzS battery supplies the power and 73 × 210 × 1,150 mm forks carry the load. If your pallets rarely exceed 1.6 tonnes, the EXV SF 16 may be enough, and we are happy to weigh up the two with you.
