Built for reliable production supply
The STILL LTX 50 is designed for tugger-train operation in manufacturing, where deliveries to the line need to arrive on time and in sequence. It tows trailers with a total weight of up to 5,000 kg and handles narrow production aisles with precision. Travel speed is 8 km/h laden and 14 km/h unladen, so empty return runs across a site are covered quickly, which supports lean production and reduces the number of individual journeys inside the plant.
For the operator, the key feature is the STILL Easy Drive steering wheel with its integrated display. The controls are arranged so they can be used with either hand without changing grip, and the electric steering is smooth and self-centring. An optional pneumatically damped standing platform with a folding seat and height-adjustable backrest adds comfort on long shifts. Large battery capacities make the LTX 50 suited to long distances, and optional Li-Ion technology allows use around the clock.
