Overview

Towing and lifting in one truck

The STILL LTX-FF 05/10 combines a tow tractor with a set of folding forks, so a single truck can pull a tugger train, move pallets and supply production lines. Both versions tow up to 5,000 kg; the LTX-FF 05 lifts 500 kg and the LTX-FF 10 lifts 1,000 kg to 1,204 mm with the standard mast, or 1,754 mm with the higher option. Travel speed is 7.5 km/h laden and 13 km/h unladen. For sites running separate tractors and pallet trucks, this can simplify the fleet.

The forks fold out at the push of a button, and a standard 5° backward tilt keeps each pallet secure. A patented folding mechanism keeps the truck compact, with turning radii of 1,516 mm and 1,653 mm for narrow working aisles. Operators control every function through the STILL Easy Drive steering wheel without changing grip and can choose between driving programmes. A three-phase AC drive motor, Li-Ion options and access control via FleetManager 4.x round off the package.
