A 1.6-tonne stacker with a stand-on platform
The EXV SF 16 is the stand-on version of the EXV 16: the operator can walk behind it or ride on its folding platform. It handles 1,600 kg at a 600 mm load centre, and telescopic masts reach 4,644 mm, HiLo masts 4,144 mm and triplex masts 6,066 mm. With the platform lowered, travel speed rises to 8 km/h laden and 10 km/h unladen, which pays off where pallets travel between goods-in, storage and dispatch. Power comes from a 24 V / 230 Ah battery or a 24 V / 205 Ah lithium-ion pack.
The platform is air-suspended and adjusts to the operator’s weight, easing the strain on the back over a shift. It does add length: 1,993 mm with the platform folded and 2,401 mm lowered, while the turning radius grows from 1,584 mm to 1,973 mm. Allow a 2,795 mm aisle for a lengthwise 800 × 1,200 pallet when riding. Speed is reduced automatically in corners.
