Two tonnes on foot, with reserves to spare
The EXV 20 is the heavy-duty option among the EXV pedestrian stackers, handling 2,000 kg at a 600 mm load centre. Telescopic masts lift 2,684, 3,084 or 3,584 mm, and triplex masts 3,276, 4,026 or 4,476 mm. It is a good match for operations that move heavy loads in pre-storage zones and racking but lack the distances or volumes that justify a ride-on truck. At 2,065 mm long and 800 mm wide, it needs a 2,579 mm aisle for a lengthwise 800 × 1,200 pallet.
A 3PzS battery of 24 V / 345 Ah gives reserves for heavier work, and a 24 V / 205 Ah lithium-ion version is also available. Wider 73 × 210 × 1,150 mm forks carry the higher loads. For safety, the optional load capacity indicator and Dynamic Load Control show what is possible, the curved tiller and impact plate protect the operator, OptiSpeed adapts speed to walking distance up to 6 km/h, and Curve Speed Control slows the truck when turning.
