Genuine Spare Parts
Genuine Spare Parts
A forklift truck is only as safe as the cheapest part fitted to it. STILL Original Parts® are held to the same standards as the truck itself.
- 51,000+ parts
- 12 years of supply assurance
- Identified from the serial number
- Express delivery
- Maintenance kits
Choosing a part is not a cost item, it is a safety decision
STILL genuine parts are designed separately for each truck type and go through the same quality checks as the truck itself. That is why they wear more slowly and do not alter the behaviour the truck was designed for.
The cost of a cheap alternative part does not show up when you buy it, but when something fails. For items in the safety chain such as brakes, mast, chain and hydraulics we recommend genuine parts; we say this from service experience, not as a sales argument.
- More than 51,000 items: The STILL parts inventory stays available throughout the truck’s service life.
- At least 12 years: Parts supply is assured even for trucks that are no longer in production.
- Identified from the serial number: You do not need to know the part number; the serial number is enough.

The real cost of a cheap part
The price of a part is small next to the cost of the truck standing still because of it.
- Wear is faster; the part has to be replaced again before long.
- Dimensional differences wear out the adjacent parts as well.
- As the fault recurs, the truck goes out of service again and again.
- In the event of an accident, liability becomes open to dispute.
- Warranty cover is called into question.
- The part delivers the service life it was designed for on that truck.
- Dimensions and materials are identical to the truck’s original part.
- The root cause of the fault is resolved and does not come back.
- No uncertainty is left around the parts in the safety chain.
- Warranty and service cover remain intact.

What genuine parts actually give you
The points below are not marketing promises; they are defined features of the STILL parts programme.
Specific to the Truck Type
Each part is designed for the truck series it goes on; it does not merely “fit”, it belongs there.
12 Years of Supply
Parts remain available for at least 12 years, even for models that are out of production.
A Deep Inventory
Over 51,000 items, with the most commonly used ones held ready.
Maintenance Kits
A maintenance kit put together for each truck type removes the need to look up parts one by one.
Delivered to the Service Van
With express delivery the part goes straight to the service technician.
Documented Replacement
Every replaced part is entered in the service record, so the truck’s history stays traceable.
Common questions
I do not know the part number, what should I send?
The truck’s serial number is enough. If you can, add a photograph of the faulty part as well; we will identify the correct one.
Can parts still be found for a truck that is out of production?
Usually, yes. STILL continues to supply parts for at least 12 years after a model goes out of production. For trucks beyond that period we discuss alternative solutions with you.
Do all parts have to be genuine?
No. For items in the safety chain such as brakes, mast, chain and hydraulics we recommend genuine parts. For items such as batteries, tyres and forks we also offer alternative parts that meet the manufacturer’s standard.
Can we fit the part ourselves?
You can. For safety-related parts, however, we recommend that fitting is done by an authorised service; it is also the sounder route for periodic inspection and warranty purposes.
Can we buy parts only, without taking service?
Yes. Parts sales are not tied to a service contract.
Send us the serial number and we will find the part
The truck’s serial number and, if possible, a photograph of the faulty part are all we need; we will send you the price and lead time in writing.
