Everything included, one item
Under a Full Service contract we take on the planning, execution and monitoring of all servicing, maintenance, inspection and repair. The spare parts required are included in the fee. At this service level, the availability of your trucks is our responsibility.
The contract does more than reduce your administrative workload; it turns servicing from a cost that fluctuates through the year into a fixed one. For most of our customers, the difference that makes to budgeting matters more than the service fee itself.
- One cost item: Maintenance, repair and parts are brought together in a single monthly fee.
- No administrative burden: Planning, reminders and follow-up are on our side.
- Availability with us: Keeping the truck in working order is the subject of the contract.

The hidden cost of working without a contract
The service invoice alone does not show the cost; the real burden comes from the truck standing still and from the administration.
- Because there is no telling when a fault will occur, the budget cannot be planned.
- In an emergency, parts take a long time to arrive and the truck stands for days.
- Tracking maintenance stays with the operation, and when it slips nobody notices.
- Every repair runs through a separate quotation, a separate approval and a separate invoice.
- The true cost of the fleet is not visible until the end of the year.
- The annual service cost is fixed at the start of the contract.
- Stock planning for critical parts is done specifically for your fleet.
- The maintenance calendar and the reminders are our responsibility.
- Work within scope needs no separate quotation or approval.
- A periodic fleet status report makes cost and use transparent.
From assessment to first service
The contract is built around the fleet; we do not impose a single standard package.
Fleet Assessment
Truck age, operating hours, working environment and fault history are reviewed together.
Defining the Scope
Which scheduled maintenance, repair and parts items fall within scope is agreed.
Fee and Term
The monthly fee and the contract term are set against the committed operating hours.
Scheduling
Maintenance is placed in your production plan, at the times that disturb output least.
Execution and Reporting
Every intervention is recorded; a periodic fleet status report is shared.
Which service level suits you
The table below shows the general scope of the service levels. The final scope is set after the fleet assessment.

Frequently asked questions about Full Service
How is the monthly fee set?
Truck type, age, working environment and the committed annual operating hours decide it. An older truck working hard in a demanding environment does not cost the same as a new truck on a single shift. That is why we prefer to see the fleet on site before quoting.
Are spare parts really included?
Under Full Service, spare parts for fault repairs are included in the fee. What falls outside is damage caused by operator error and by accidents; these are defined explicitly in the contract.
What happens if we exceed the committed operating hours?
The contract defines a range of annual operating hours. When that range is exceeded, maintenance becomes more frequent, so the fee is adjusted at the end of the period. To avoid surprises we report the operating hours in the periodic report.
Does the contract apply only to STILL trucks?
We mainly build it for STILL fleets, because our access to genuine parts and technical documentation is complete for this make. On mixed fleets, our ability to commit to availability depends on parts lead times, so we assess each make separately.
What about rented trucks?
On long-term rental, service is already included in the rental fee; there is no need for a separate Full Service contract. Where owned and rented trucks sit in the same fleet, we work to a single calendar.
