Maximum storage density in very narrow aisles
The MX-X is STILL’s man-up very narrow aisle truck: the operator rises with the load, so pallets can be stored and cartons picked at rack level. In the turret-head version it handles 1,500 kg at a 600 mm load centre, lifts to 5,200 mm, gives the operator a reach height of 7,260 mm and works in an aisle of just 1,645 mm. A taller turret-head build lifts to 11,550 mm with a 1,250 kg capacity, and telescopic-fork versions need as little as 1,480 mm of aisle.
Travel speed is up to 14 km/h, or 7.2 km/h under inductive iGo systems guidance, and an 80 V / 700 Ah PzS battery supplies the energy, with 930 Ah on the taller build. The cab is adjustable and keeps the operator close to the load, while Active Load Stabilisation reduces mast sway at height. Because VNA projects depend on racking tolerances, floor flatness and guidance, Expartise Makine plans the truck together with the aisle layout and supports it after commissioning.

Active Load Stabilisation
ALS reduces mast oscillation at height, so the operator can store or retrieve without waiting for the load to settle.
iGo systems guidance
Inductive or mechanical guidance keeps the truck on line in the aisle, at up to 7.2 or 10.8 km/h respectively.
Turret head or telescopic fork
A turret head handles pallets on both sides of the aisle; telescopic forks allow the narrowest aisles.
Ergonomic man-up cab
An adjustable cab with a short distance between operator and load makes order picking at height easier.
Floor and rack planning
VNA performance depends on floor flatness and rack tolerances, so we survey both before the truck is specified.
80 V energy
Lead-acid PzS batteries of 700 or 930 Ah, or lithium-ion, with regenerative braking to recover energy.
