Selling a truck is not the same as knowing how it works
Expartise Makine was founded in 2021 by exPARTise UG (Haftungsbeschränkt), a German company working in the automotive sector, to operate in intralogistics in Turkey. As an authorised STILL Arser dealer and service partner, our aim since day one has been resource-efficient, safe and sustainable solutions inside the warehouse.
On projects in Turkey and abroad we handle the sale, service and installation of STILL equipment together with the attachments and complementary equipment the job calls for. For the software and devices that monitor fleet traffic and make it safer we work with premium brands, and we hold the solutions we design and build ourselves to the same standard.
Our team’s combined experience in intralogistics is more than 40 years. The company is young, but most of the problems we meet on site are problems this team has already seen in other warehouses.

We do not quote before we have seen the site
In intralogistics the right truck is chosen by looking at the warehouse, not at the catalogue.
Seeing the site
Aisle width, rack height, floor condition, load type and workload are recorded on site.
Understanding the process
We map out together which truck works at which step, from goods receiving to goods issue.
Comparing the options
Purchase, rental and used truck options are compared on cost, energy side included.
Installing and commissioning
The truck, the attachment, the energy system and any safety equipment are installed, and operators are trained.
Keeping it running
Maintenance, repair, spare parts and periodic inspection are handled by the same team, on one schedule.
What we take responsibility for
The four sides of intralogistics are connected; we do not take on one and leave the other.
Truck sales
STILL electric and diesel forklift trucks, reach trucks, stackers, order pickers, tugger trains and VNA trucks.
Rental
Short-term and long-term rental; maintenance, repair and periodic inspection included in the rental rate.
Service and spare parts
Maintenance, repair and overhaul in our own workshop in Kartepe; genuine STILL spare parts.
Energy systems
Battery and charger supply, conversion to lithium-ion, charging area planning and battery maintenance.
Safety and productivity
Collision avoidance, location tracking, authorisation and speed limiting systems; some of them our own design.
Attachments and upgrades
Selection, supply and installation of the attachments and complementary equipment the job calls for.
We subcontract next to nothing
Work gets solved faster where responsibility is not split.
Our own workshop
Repairs and overhauls are carried out in our own workshop in Kartepe, by our own technical team.

As an authorised STILL Arser dealer and service partner we have full access to genuine parts and technical documentation.

When was Expartise Makine founded?
In 2021, as the company set up by exPARTise UG — a German firm working in the automotive sector — to operate in intralogistics in Turkey. The company is young; the combined experience of our technical team in the industry, however, is more than 40 years.
Do you only work with STILL trucks?
On the sales side, yes — we are an authorised STILL Arser dealer. On the service side the bulk of our work is on STILL fleets as well, because our access to genuine parts and technical documentation is complete for that make. For mixed fleets we make a separate assessment. For attachments and complementary equipment we work with several premium brands.
Do you subcontract your service work?
No. Maintenance and repair are carried out by our own technical team in our own workshop in Kartepe. Our service vans are equipped so that routine maintenance and most repairs can be completed at your site, without moving the truck.
Do you cover the whole of Turkey?
Our head office is in Pendik and our workshop in Kartepe; most of our work is in the Marmara region. For projects in other regions we first look at the requirement and at service accessibility together — we would rather not make a service commitment we cannot keep.
What are the solutions you build yourselves?
On the safety and productivity side we have developed systems in answer to problems we met on site: fork camera with laser pointer, speed limiting by fork height, indoor and outdoor speed limiting, and pallet truck foot protection. Each of them is described under Safety and Productivity.
